Truth be told, most are mediocre, at best. Gleasons is pricey, but they are competent. |

I LOVE Gleasons! (they're almost in SO) The few (2? in 4 years) times we've had problems they've been very attentive - even gave me a lifetime 10% discount! The employees are all so nice, there's a feeling of small-town pride with their business. I've found I have best results when I tell them exactly what I want - I remind them when I want them to zap the ring around the collar, and to wrap stuff that's going into storage with extra tissue paper, etc. Parking is always a breeze too - which is a big plus when I'm lugging suits, comforters and a cranky 4-year-old! |

lydial, I don't know what you did right, or we did wrong. When Gleason's lost a pair of my husband's pants - so new it was the first time being cleaned, and not cheap - we barely got an apology, much less any sort of break. We still go to them, though. |

I like Natural Cleaners on Millburn Ave. environmentally friendly, more reasonably priced than Glea$on$, IMHO, and no stinky dry-cleaning smell on your stuff afterwards. great service, too. the people there are so nice. |

Second vote for Natural Cleaners. Their 30% discount card comes in handy. |
