So, what is your all time favorite Halloween costume? Mine was the Tinkerbell costume that my mom made me in kindergarten. |

Mine was Alexander deLarge from Clockwork Orange. A bunch of people crashed our halloween party and some of em were dressed like the droogs. It was a fantastic time. Ah. those "heady" college years. www.freshwater-films.com |

I posted this elsewhere but in case it would help... If you want to be completely disguised, rent a gorilla costume. I threw a huge Halloween party once and rented one without telling anyone. I would sneak upstairs and put the costume on periodically throughout the night and harrass all the guests to the point where they were ready to throw me out. They were so surprised when I unmasked, especially my sister who was furious with "this gorilla who kept slapping the moves" on her. I rented the costumer from somewhere in Union. |

A friend once attended a costume party in a thrift store overcoat, heavy gloves, and a mask that covered his whole head. He didn't speak, just went up to people and peered at them unsettlingly. He was completely unrecognizable, and had us all talking about WHO the mysterious figure might be, altho we all knew him well! Neat trick, but a bit spooky. |

The funniest thing I ever saw was on America's Funniest Home Videos where this guy dressed up like a Scarecrow and sat on his porch in a rocking chair with the candy bowl in his lap and when people came up to take candy out of it he moved and scared the bejeezus out of everybody. One guy got scared for a second and then punched him in the head!!! It was sooo funny I can't even tell you :-) |

About ten years ago we went as John and Jackie Kennedy, post gunshot wounds. We splattered blood all over ourselves and made a huge brain wound on Mr. Pres. We bought vintage clothes, pillbox hat and all. Our parents thought we were sick. |
