I just cleaned out my closet and have a ton of very nice clothes I want to sell at a consignment store. Not cheap stuff, just stuff I don't wear anymore. Does anyone know a good consignment store around here -- ideally one open on Sundays so I can get rid of this stuff tomorrow? Thanks.

Maybe DoubleTake on Morris Tpke/Route 124 in Short Hills? In the shopping center with Bellini and Bally's, in the northern end of the shopping center, towards Kings.

Debbie's New to You on Eagle Rock Ave in West Orange (near Pleasant Valley, I think.) Nice stuff, nice shop. I'm not sure that any of them are open on Sundays but if you find out that they are I wouldn't mind knowing about it.

Jackie: your donation of these clothes could yield you as much or more in tax savings as you would make from consignment.

please consider donating your business attire to Dress for Success, a wonderfully-oriented volunteer group: "a not-for-profit organization that helps low-income women make tailored transitions into the workforce. Each Dress for Success client receives one suit when she has a job interview and a second suit when she gets the job."

check out www.dressforsuccess.org; around here there are locations in Jersey City and Madison.

Hi,
Does anyone know if Dress For Success takes non-corporate clothes as well? I'm so happy to get their info in any case, as I've been meaning to try & find out what they were called...
