If you're including to the Holiday Crafts show this weekend 11/15-16 at 1978 (arts space at 1978 Springfield Ave.), I know some folks have done well. There are some terrific creations; not a typical show.
If you'd like more of a testimonial you can call 973-275-9855, and ask for Thea, she is annually involved in organizing this one.

Are you an artist Mas? I used to do crafts shows, sometimes the money was worth it, other times it was so-so. The neat thing about a local crafts show is you meet neighbors and other artists and evenif the show doesn't live up to your expectations, the connections are invaluable.

I still have an informal group of friends that I met 10 years ago - we trade war stories and pass on experiences with vendors and trade shows - it's fun and we understand each other.

I only do one show a year now, mostly because I like to see my old friends. Anyhow, go for it - I learned something from every fair I did.
