What do I do with a little kitten that has taken up residency on my deck? He is all black with white paws. Who do I call? Is there an animal shelter nearby? He is friendly but I dont want to feed him or he will never go away! I dont want to call animal control. I live in the vicinity of Yale St. If you lost him or if you want him , usmale78@yahoo.com

Wild cats are common in that part of College Hill and their numbers are becoming a real problem. Your best bet is to call the JAC as Library Lady suggests, unless of course you want to adopt the kitten yourself.
