Has anybody used the daycare center "One Child One Village" in South Orange or know anything about it? (Located in the basement of St. Andrews Church.)

After touring the center yesterday, I’m considering using it for occasional emergency drop-in care for my 6-month-old. Any feedback on the place would be greatly appreciated.
