OK - I moved into the area about 3 weeks ago. On one of the sunnier weekends I started tackling the back yard. Prior owner was very fond of cement blocks (the ones with 2 huge holes) for edging the garden. How do I go about getting rid of these. Please HELP! |

The best and cheap way, store them some place until next Spring. Then at the Spring clean up day, set them on the curb. They will be gone overnight! |

Tracy, sorry about the earlier rather sarcastic post. I misread it and I thought you were asking how to get the blocks out of the ground. On trash pickup day quanity never seems to be a problem. Spring clean up is another issue. These are days when you can put out garden debris and I rather doubt that they will take concrete blocks. |

tracy...welcome to the board!! Take the blocks, under cover of night, to the Beifus site in South Orange (right by the train overpass) and heave em in there. They will look like debris and at the rate that place is moving they will go undetected for years....LOL
