They are my primary OB/GYNs although I was never a candidate for IUI or IVF. I cannot speak highly enough about Drs. Birkenfeld and Yemini. They have helped me tremendously and you do not feel like a number they treat you with respect and concern. I hope you go see them because they are superior physicians. They are located on Millburn Avenue in Millburn - 761-5600. Good luck. |

RMA was highly recommended to me, though I have no personal experience of them. |

My opinion (for what it's worth) -- having been there and done it, I would go only to the absolute best. NO compromises. For me that meant going to Cornell in NYC. I hear St. Barnabas is good, too. |

May I add my two cents? I went to Cornell in NYC too and you are simply a number there. I personally had a negative experience and was left to feel very alone and it's very impersonal. Yes, St. Barnabas does have a good program but you will probably have to wait months and months for an appointment. I think you should go to Diamond Institute; they are terrific. |

I had a few IVF attempts one of which was used Diamond's facilities although an outside Dr. It was ok but kind of a small place. RMA doctors had a good reputation as they originally were from St. Barnabas. There lab is newer though as the original lab people stayed at St. Barnabas. When all was said and done, I chose St. Banabas partly because of location and partly because the lab at RMA was less proven. Labs are very important as these people actually perform a lot of the procedures on the embryos. The people at St. Barnabas were very professional and very caring and I didn't wait months to get in. Unfortunately, we were not successful but I do feel we did everything medically possible to give ourselves the best chance possible. Good luck. |

The Diamond Institute has helped many friends and they swear by it. They are open 24/7 so if you need an injection at 2AM, they can provide. One of my friends stated if they would have found Diamond sooner, it would have avoided a lot of unnecessary heartache. They are in Millburn. Prayer and good luck. |

No infertility probs here, but have MANY friends who have done it all! Two of my closest had WONDERFUL things to say about RMA. Both got PG and had great experiences there. I have heard from the same people that you are just a number at St. Barnabas. They hated it. One did not like Diamond as well. Good luck in whatever you choose! |
