It turns out they are independently owned, so it depends on where you go. I threw a hissy fit because we waited 4 months for the lamps that were to come in 8 weeks. They loaned me floor models for the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. We got the complete bedroom set before we got the lamps. Methinks someone forgot to place the order in the first place.
