Where's the best nearby place for having my 35mm film developed? Both price and quality are important. Speed would be nice, too.

I'm not a pro, but i'm pretty picky about my film developing. I was paying $15 for one set of prints in nyc, until i tried Costco. Now, I get a 35mm 24 exp. roll developed with one set of prints (matte finish and white borders), plus an index print, plus all pics on a CD, for under $9. In about 90 minutes. And they're really nice there. I can't recommend Costco enough.
