Does the Message Board look different to anyone else this morning? There seems to be some color missing - or is it just me? This is a sample of what I see:

Me too. Do you think there's enough contrast? |

I think it represents the color of our District's Winter Concert. |

Not enough contrast between the "new" and the "already read" for this oldie. Maybe I'll get used to it, though. |

Is the school board involved with this? Have they banned contrasting colors in case they offend someone? |

Please keep tweaking The thick black bars are awful (I know I asked for more contrast). Thanks |

Is this red lettering the new look of MOL? I don't like it! When can we have the old version back? |

This may be in the wrong thread, but it's related to the new color scheme. I liked the colors fine until my monitor died yesterday and I bought a new one. Now, the colors are very strange, almost pastel looking. Is this normal? The previous post looks like flourescent pink to me? What color is it really? Is there some way of adjusting the colors to be more true or will this new monitor always be 'off'? Thanks for any suggestions. R |

Sounds like your video card is bad, not your monitor. |

Rebecca - the previous post is a bright orangy-red on my computer. Unfortunately, I'm not computer savey enough to know how to help you Dave - although you toned down the red.. I'm not loving the new color scheme. |

Go to Control Panel > Display > Settings and make sure you're using at least 16-bit color. 32-bit is even better. |

Dave, The previous monitor completely died this week, but before death had great color. Or maybe I was just used to it. The green at the top of your site is now what I would call Martha Stewart green. Did you change that along with the other colors? It's a strange coincidence that you changed the color scheme right when I got a new monitor and now I can't be sure what it's supposed to look like. The only other site I see regularly is the Library one and it looks really bright to me. In order to have the video card checked I need to take the hard drive to someone, right? Thanks, R |
