I heard nail salon where Cornercopia was. Are there enough nails to go around?

I can foresee the day when I walk the length of Maplewood Ave. and pass only realtors and nail salons.

Of course if a nail salon had Guiness on tap and a good jukebox, even I'd go in for a manicure now and then.
