We used Music and Dance DJ out of West Paterson. They were great. Even the adults approved. DJ listened to our requests for what type of music was permitted and what wasn't. Had 3 dancers which really helped keep the party going all around. Their phone # 973-890-3090, and here is their website: www.musicanddancedj.com

http://surroundsound.org/ They've done a 1/2 dozen parties for my brother and sister in law over the past few years. Communions, graduations, sweet 16's, Christmas parties etc. Two team DJ's. Great at engaging the kids as well as the adults. lots of give aways; bubble machines, smoke machines. This year even a video screen! If they ask who sent you, tell them they did the Christmas Party at the Hanover Manor for my brother.

We used Carol Moore from Starry Nights Unlimited for our wedding in ny, and she was great. We weren't looking for anything over the top, and she did everything we asked her to do. I'm sure she can do the inflatable guitars and stuff as well if that's what you're looking for, although i obviously can't speak from experience.
