this is sad. I found a dead (hit by car) black and white cat this afternoon on Wyoming near New England (must've been hit late morning). I picked it up because it looks exactly like a neighbor's cat. It's not the neighbor's cat. But now I've got this beautiful, well-cared-for cat's body wrapped up in a towel; I can't bear to just put her/him in the trash. If this could be your cat please call meg at 973-378-8511. (I'm cross-posting.) |

Is it a male or female cat? Friends of mine have a black and white indoor cat. They live on Claremont. I hope it's not Shadow; a male. He wouldn't have a collar. I'll call them in the morning. |

JtA -- Couldn't tell if it was male or female, but Claremont is very close to where I found the cat. Thanks so much for calling your friends -- please pass along my phone number. |

Hi Bep- A big sigh of relief. The poor kitty wasn't Shadow. I hope you find his caretakers. |
