My 6th grade orchestra this year is somewhat uninspired so I asked them for some ideas for our spring concert. Of course, you get the typical ridiculous kid answers (no, we're not playing Britany Spears or Weird Al...) but a few kids came up to me with some pretty good "rock" suggestions. One of them was Cream's "Sunshine of Your Love", which is definitely do-able, recognizable, and very cool.
Does anyone have the guitar music to this? Not the tab, I need the actually music with the chord blocks above it. If you have it and wouldn't mind lending it to me so I could write out a simple string arrangement from it, that would be greatly appreciated. Please PL me if you can help me out!

So THAT's why my son has been singing Sunshine of Your Love lately! He is into so much cool music sharing with friends that I wondered where he picked that one up. Had all three boys howling with me the other night--"I've been waiting so long...to be where I'm going...in the sunshine of your Loooooovvve...." Now I gotta get them some Cream because they really liked it. |

Mark-My son got together with a couple of other musicians sons a few weeks ago (a father son jam) and the first song they did was Sunshine of your Love. I keep wondering whether our kids will turn out OK, since they're not experiencing that generation gap thing we went through. When your kid tells you, "Dad turn the music down", ya gotta wonder . |
