yes, my wife had some stuff sold at the Dancing Goat. It was great - a check for $100 just came in the mail! |

I'm not sure. I think you bring your stuff in, and they do all the rest: photo, description, etc. I'm not sure if you tell them what price you'd like to start bidding, or if they determine that based on their experience. |

There are a lot of these types of businesses now. In Westfield they have a whole store that sells stuff for you. They charge a certain percentage based on the sale price of your item. I don't recommend it. EBay is really easy to use, and if you can't figure it out, have a friend help you. Otherwise you will end up having to give away some of your profits. |

I think the ebay store is a great idea. It is very easy: simply bring in items you want to sell and they do the rest. You get a check when everything sells. I agree with Mayor - ebay is very easy to use. However, I would rather spend my time doing other things than posting auctions for books, clothes, etc.... The small percentage they take is completely worth it. My advice: If you don't mind spending an hour or two (probably more if you are new to ebay) listing many items, go ahead and use ebay directly. If you want to save time and don't care about getting every single penny, use the store. Good luck! |

they don't charge anything. They take a percentage of the total sale. So... if you don't sell anything, you don't owe them anything. The percentages vary from store to store. Call and find out. |
