I see http://houndmountain.com doesn't have greyhound clothing. Got a good place to buy greyhound PJ's? Also, I think Red needs a better coat than the one he has. It was 10F this morning, and he didn't enjoy his walk.

Tom - check out http://www.jbpet.com/Shopping/default.asp?cookie%5Ftest=1

I got their catalog from my rescue group and I thought of you when I saw dog jammies!

Their prices, in general, seem to be prettty good.

Tom: Here's a portrait of Red for your birthday.

Pretty close, don't you think?

We got Inca and Maya's coats from Voyager's Greyhound Apparel at http://www.k9apparel.com. Have had the coats for 6+ years and still going strong. They are listed as the winter coats, by the way.

Shoes came from NeoPaws (www.neopaws.com). Gives great traction on ice and snow and protects toes from salt, etc. 2nd pair in 6 years. Will wear out from running and turning corners at excessive speed (40 mph)!

Am also happy to say this picture was taken when Scott and I were each 30 lbs. heavier...and no, we did not buy matching coats for the humans on purpose!

Barb, that picture is so cute!

It's already quite a ritual to dress myself and Red to go out in the weather. Imagine adding his four shoes! But yeah, I can see the need. Poor boy gets so cold!

Thanks for the picture of not-Red, pizzaz.

No, Tom, the challenge is to get them on 8 seperate feet after the spouse asks "who wants to go for a walk?"

Tom,
Happy Birthday! I hear you're 30 again! Me too.

Barb, in my house the word "walk" is never spoken out loud, it's either spelled out or mouthed silently. Otherwise there is the stampede mayhem of two gawky, joyous ex-racers leaping up from their cushions to charge the doors. I can't imagine getting shoes on their feet in that mode - kudos to you...
