I always thought of it as the "Too rude and/or annoying to put up with" test. |

Anyone with a three-digit IQ can figure out a way of saying anything and still avoid a suspension. |

The length of this thread (and yeah, my own participation) means he's one successful troll all right. I find his posts amusing. Not the way he intends, but amusing nonetheless. I find it even more amusing that anyone would take him seriously enough to be annoyed by him. |

hmmm… I don't find him amusing, insightful or enlightening. I find him more annoying, childish & insulting at best. Hey its a FREE country right? Ignorant folks have the right to express themselves. God bless America! |

Gotta love the company I'm in. Reagan was ignorant, Bush is ignorant, and Straw is ignorant. Yep, I guess if you can't beat a Republican, you might as well call them names. Liberals are useless people because they lack moral courage. |

What takes more moral courage, recognizing that _all_ people have certain rights, including not being tortured, or taking the easy way out and labeling groups with a broad brush and seeing how far you push the envelope? The Democrats have lacked the courage to stand up and state their views and call this administraion out on their lies. A bloated Ted Kennedy and enraged Barbara Boxer are too little, too late. Liberals lacking moral courage does not excuse Bush and companies complete amorality. -David "Can't beat 'em, but not joining 'em either" Wren-Hardin -Show Them the Door.

46 posts about Straw, 42 about the historic iraqi elections. Liberals are stupid. I know this involves a LOT more thought than you tend to give to things, but... this thread is a day and a half older than that one... and quite a few of the posts are yours. DUH. Libs are stupid? |

Still wondering how many suspensions Straw has had. Is he ashamed to share the figure, or can't he count that high? Or does he not wish to go down that road, since the implications are kind of embarrassing? |

I don't usually agree with dingleberry, but he absolutely nails it in the last 3 words of this quote... "Gotta love the company I'm in. Reagan was ignorant, Bush is ignorant, and Straw is ignorant. "

sometimes, some folks get a rash and they know they shouldnt scratch it, but it gets unbearable and well, scratching it gives some temporary relief, even though it may make the rash worse. |

Finally, a thread without a link to the New York Times or the New Yorker. I guess a lot of you can see outside of your 30 mile radius after all!! |

Southerner, Do you have stock in the USA Today (or some equally vapid newspaper)? You seem obsessed with the fact that many people on this board tend to refer to it a lot. Funny that you would cite this example of cyber naval gazing as a demonstration of our ability to shed what you perceive to be our provincialism. http://www.nytimes.com/
