2 Slices Fresh Jersey Tomato (add dram of seasalt) 2 paper-thin slices of spanish onion 5 slices vermont cheddar (sharper the better) grill on Rye bread until golden brown and crispy on both sides. (must be rye!) Voila, the "Grodman" |

I'm not a big rye fan (at least if it has even a hint of caraway), can I replace with a San Francisco Sourdough? |
