Anyone taken this? If so, what's the class like (instructor, fellow sufferers). Looking for something so easy to get to I have no excuse...

I enrolled in this class last Spring, it didn't quite stick with me (nothing excercise-related ever seems to stick with me!) but I enjoyed it while it lasted. The classes were big (don't expect lots of personal attention) and well attended by folks of all ages and fitness levels, which I found comforting. The choregraphy was a bit tricky at times, but I usually got the hang of the steps eventually and the music was pretty good, as was the instructor. There was also some mat work with weights, so you get your toning in along with all that cardio. All in all, it seemed to me a good way to get my butt moving, and the price was certainly right.
