Went there once. Asked for two slices to go. They heated the za then put both slices in a plastic bag (kind of like a vegetable bag at the grocery store). No plate. The pizza was soggy, the cheese was all stuck to the plastic, and bag was drippy with grease. Completely disgusting. |

A couple of friends around here swear by it. We've never been. |

Is this the place sort of on the corner of Millburn and Springfield Avenues? If so, it's bar pies, not typical pizzaria pizza. Monday used to be a bargain when you could get two pies for cheap, but they've since raised the prices. If you want bar pies, Bunny's in SO is way better. |

Their pizza's pretty good - it's made in a pan - & they deliver, but the 2 guys who run the place are a couple of sideshow freaks. I find them kinda funny in a Czechoslovakian brothers sort of way,but I can see why you might not. RL is right about the slices in a plastic bag - I won't do that again. |

Grew up with this pizza. Have been eating it for over 25 years. Still pick it up on occasion to bring home, being I do not reside in the local area anymore. Its NOT bar pizza. Its a thinner crust. Just another way a pizza is made character to its own style of an establishment.Sorry for whom ever had a bad experience there. Blame the individual that served you not the pizzeria. |

Then what, by definition, is a bar pie? I thought it was a small pizza with a thin crust. Like they serve at bars. Or Joes. Where's the differentiation? |

actually, the flavor is not bad, but they are GREEAAAAAASSSSSSSSYYYY! And I had the same issue with the ridiculously stupid plastic bags that stick to the cheese or vice-versa. And yes, some of the 'staff' are not concerned about customer relations. Bottom line....we have better choices elsewhere. |
