Sbenois, Maplewood's leading industrialist and crank is pleased to announce that this evening I instructed the boys at Sbenois & Sbenois Legal, LLC, to serve papers against the following individuals:
Diana Ross, Jamie Ross, and Dave Ross for the following reasons:
1) I am sick and tired of the song Upside Down (boy you turn me). It is played too often on CBS FM and I can't get no relief. Baby Love was okay. The whole Supremes schtick was okay - even though we all know that Mary Wilson had a better voice and Diana really stuck it to her. But Upside Down? No.
2) Jamie Ross - because he sent me a nasty IM the other night from Arturo's Place.
3) Dave Ross because he wasn't home to take my call this evening.
MOL, the home of frivolous lawsuits.

Betsy and Elisabeth Kubler-Ross would both be exempted because of death too. Toss into the suit football coach Bobby Ross..isnt he one of them Promise Keepers guys?

Jeter can't sue because all of S's comments about Jeter are 100% true!
Elizabeth Kubler Ross died last year. If there really is life after death she will be able to rewrite her famous work.
How about suing Chris (c)Ross for that gawd awful theme to Arthur? |

I'm going after Ross Perot next. And then Spencer Ross.
I've had it with anyone named Ross.
Hank, will you and Derek Jeter join me in suing Ross Perot? Can I count on you boys? Tell Derek that I'm part of the team. I know that that will get him to support me.
Just like he supported Alex.
