It is on the Homepage of MOL.

BTW, I think I broke it!!! I clicked on the pic to enlarge it and after a couple of updates it quit half way through the scan. Sorry about that.

Technology and BobK, awful together. :-(

I thought we could use it to see when a parking spot opened on Maplewood Ave and quick like a bunny, dash over and grab it!!!

I want to see the smokers congregating on the sidewalk after the no smoking ban goes into effect.

And see what weasels make illegal left turns to try and get a parking space.

1984 isnt that far away.

Jamie... what took you so long? We've had our web cam running 24/7 at www.heres2thearts.com for months.

BTW, we were just told it might be a good idea for us to post a sign at the entrance advising people we have a live web cam running???

Could we just tell our kids to run over and show their face in front of the camera to show us all is well?

Jamie/Dave

If the cam was on at 10:00 last night, could it have possibly recorded the girls who broke the Maplewood Pet Shop Window? Just a thought...

unfortunately the image overwrites itself, so there's no log of past images. I wish I had that ability in place for such an occurance. May have been too blurry also. Too bad I wasn't home at the time - I look right down on the Pet Shop from my computer.

how do you know it was girls?

"The 12+' window was broken - both panes. The owner explained that on Friday night, after the MMS dance was over, a group of girls was rough-housing in front of the store around 10 pm and someone or several someones were pushed into the windows and the windows broke."

This is from Lydia's post in another thread.

But also from that thread, there is ambiguity on the store owner's source. Not saying that he's wrong, but it seems that nobody really *knows* yet.

Ya know, I didn't appreciate the Village Cam until now. I'm in Shanghai right now, and it's kind of nice to get a little view of home... Thanks for putting it out there!

I'm in Beijing now actually. Just arrived last night. Can't wait for the weekend so I can just be a tourist (I'm working during the week)... Much much different than Shanghai though. Both great cities, just in a different way.
