Hey, I'm flying in tomorrow from overseas. I've heard differing reports, from 3-5 inches (no problem) to 8-10 inches (time to do some laundry). Does anyone know for sure what's going to happen? (and after telling me that, maybe you could let me know the winning lottery numbers for this weekend).

BTW, I brought the snow with me. 5 inches of snow whne I left SO, and I brought more snow with me than Paris has seen in YEARS. Now I'm coming home, and it's following me back to SO.

Who was that cartoon character that always had a cloud raining over him?

woodstock: They have downgraded the storm and are now saying 3 - 5 inches. so far very little in the city.
Hope you are having fun overseas... you certainly are traveling a lot these days.

Report something more dire? Ok. The snow is now starting to stick to some of the colder spots on the sidewalk. Roads are clear. Flakes look large and wet.

Sorry but it is not much of a snow event yet and from what mrosner posts, it shouldn't be much of a problem period.

Sorry to report that it is sunny and mid 70's to low 80's here. My reality check (return) starts Saturday AM! Hope all that snow is gone then! :-)

Check VillageCam on Maplewood online for "real-time" observation of Baker St/Maplewood Ave intersection.
