Please join us at this month's general meeting on Wednesday, March 2nd, at 7:45 p.m., at Morrow Memorial Church (on the corner of Baker Street and Ridgewood Road in Maplewood). Our guest speaker this month is a representative of the Maplewood Garden Club. You can learn more about this organization at www.maplewoodgardenclub.org. There will also be an opportunity at the meeting to purchase tickets for the Newcomers Club Art Auction, which will be held at the Maplewood Woman's Club on Sunday, March 6th, at 1:00 p.m. We hope to see you soon. |

How does one get information on the Newcomer's Club? I followed a few Web links (one from the local links on this board), but they appeared to be dead links. We moved to town in December and would be interested to learn more about the club.

Did you try PLing the person posting for Newcomers Club (click on the poster's name above, and you get an option of sending e-mail)? Otherwise, I believe they meet first Wed. of each month at Morrow Church, so you could just drop in, or call the church office for a Newcomers contact phone #. The # for Morrow is 973-763-7676.
When we were new to town, Newcomers was a great resource. Enjoy!
