Hello all -

My almost 17-year-old is requesting we do something jazz-related for his birthday, in New York. The celebration will be Sunday, so the traditional late-night sets won't be an option. Anyone know of a good place for a jazz brunch? Online I'm seeing Walker's on N. Moore Street in Tribeca, or the Garage on 7th Ave. in the Village. Anyone have experience at one or both, or other suggestions?

Many thanks...

Was at the Garage for brunch this weekend. I was very impressed.

Believe the Blue Note has a Jazz Brunch. Probably a bit pricier then the other places listed but the talent is usually top notch.
