The date was subsequently changed to March. As there is only one March meeting left, I assume the discussion will occur on 21 March. There are those offering odds that the debate will be put off until after the April BOE election on the theory that none of the three incumbent BOE candidates - Jasey, Miller and O'Leary - are anxious to have a vote before then, but I think the BOE executive committee of O'Leary, Betheil and Frazer that sets the agendas has more integrity than that.   lumpyhead Citizen Username: Lumpyhead Post Number: 1181 Registered: 3-2002 Posted on Thursday, March 10, 2005 - 9:02 am:        Then at the BOE debates the question should be asked of all candidates.
