Okay, so it's still a bit cold and the ground is a bit muddy, but it's time to think disk. We will be meeting this Sunday, March 20th, at 8:30ish at St. James' Gate to reconnect and plan for the spring season.
If you are new to town, or have wanted to come out for a while but were not so sure of it, this is a great time to meet socially, have a drink, and get your nerve up to join us on the field. We play a very low-key, co-ed pick-up game weekly, weather permitting. Never played before? That's okay, the rules are easy, we'll teach you.
Hope you can join us Sunday. Look for the group with the disk. |

It's both, Hank, depending on your perspective and who is playing at the moment. I would probably fall into the entertainment category, while some of our players are real artists. (And this was a real softball comment, compared to what I was expecting from you - pun intended.) |

I have no problem with discussing it here. The reason I can't attend the meeting is because I have a basketball tournement to play on Sunday and I am still very intrested in attending. You can either e-mail me or PL me or I can find out the info here. It really doesn't matter to me.

Good luck in your tournement. Do you play in a co-ed or women's league? I played basketball years and years ago, before I realized how short I would be. Fortunately, I'm still taller than my boys, for a while, so we play out back.
I'll post the information here, so keep looking. Again, Sunday is just social. Based on today's weather, I hope the first game will be soon. |

I am a member of JESPY HOUSE and we participate in the SPECIAL OLYMPICS. The team I play on is co-ed. Actually we have 2 co-ed teams and one all mens team. |
