between the opening day of March Madness and St. Patrick's Day, tavern owners are feeling blessed today.
The president of my university (and shoshannah's and gemini's and Bob Little's and hope I didnt forget any other MOLers) ended his graduation speech every year with an Irish blessing that hung on the wall of my home growing up...always has been a fine sentiment...
"May the road rise up to meet you,
may the wind be always at your back,
may the sun shine warm upon your face,
and the rains fall gently upon your fields,
and until we meet again,
may God hold you in the hollow of His hand."
