The same reason they have brail at the drive up teller.
And the same reason despite being open 24 hours a day 7-11's have locks on the doors. |

Now Auntie.. the locks on the 7-11 that are open 24/7 are actually to lock the theives INSIDE the building. Then its just shooting fish in a barrel. |
