If you are interested in learning more about this new Irish Social, Cultural & Heritage Club then come alone to St. James's Gate on Thursday evening at 7 p.m. Come meet fellow Irish, Irish/Americans and their families and have a laugh with us.

Guinness, Harp ... its up to you. But more than drinking....'a bit of craic' as we say in Ireland. Just in case you don't know what 'craic' is..... 'fun, laughter, jokes' you know the light-hearted stuff we forget about sometimes... That is what life is all about!
come alone and join us.

I was in Ireland a few years ago and my wife and I stopped into a bar. It was quiet and it was just the two of us and the bartender. We mentioned we were from the New York area. He said - oh then you'll have to goto Doolan - they have great craic there.

We didn't say anything - but on the way out we looked at eachother and said "we don't do crack - why does he want us to do crack - because we live near NY"

I will try to come to the meeting.

I know this is a little off subject, but since you guys seem to know about Ireland, I was wondering if anyone knows where there is a bagpipe and drum school in the area? Thanks!
