ajc, good question....to which I don't have a specific answer. I would like to get involved in the school system (attending school board meetings, etc), but I'm not yet up to speed on the Maplewood politics. I'm sure there will be many people on this board who would love to educate me on that! | ||

Hi, My husband, our little girl of 5 and I moved to South Orange two months ago from (no, not Brooklyn!) the west side of Manhattan. We like it here. And while when we moved in we thought that this small community was a little dormant compared to Manhattan, we slowly find that it's a very alert, active, diverse and spirited community, offering us a lot of outlets to spend our energies. Looking forward to a nice life here. | ||
