given enough play,
every thread in mol sooner or later comes around to either one of the two most disturbing cult figures of the twentieth century:

the fuhrer(adolph)or the boss(bruce).

When I vote for Bush in November I'm going to wear my Vote Reagan/Bush pin that I still have from the 84 election.

The reason?? Because I anticipate 04 to be just like 84..Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't Ronnie win 48 out of 50 states including Minnesota that year???

Approval ratings are total bull. Just as Republicans insisted he was doing a great job despite a low approval rating, Democrats can maintain he's doing an awful job when his rating is high. It's as meaningless as a high school popularity contest.

Shows you what a half trillion deficit can buy. Spend on Mr. Bush!!!! Yes Straw, I'm sure you'll say that the country must go into deficit in times of war when we bomb countries that might have WMDs.

The root of our problems lies within intelligence, not "the strongest military." You see, if you still don't have the intelligence to see that a couple dozen lunatics with box cutters were able to affect our nation the way they did regardless of our military, and you still don't realize that any effective solutions must be made with our brains and in our policies, not bombs, the future will be very grim indeed. Unfortunately the masses in this country have succumbed to instant gratification and ignorance.
