Some PBS stations are planning to censor forthcoming programs because of the FCC new rules on language.
Ken Burns interviewed WW II vets about their experiences. Plans are to either entirely cut out words or blank them along with putting black masks over speakes' mouths so that the words can't be lip-read either.
A "masterpiece" series about Cassanova will be substantially altered.
