I think Biefus started construction...A police officer was stopping traffic at that location the other morning and heavy equipment was being off loaded...and the sidewalk was closed off at that area. | ||

I say May 9th. They'll start to break ground and then realize that there is an old oil tank that went undetected that needs to be tested AFTER they've accidentally hit it with the back hoe. Then someone will take dirt from there to fill a hole in the SOPAC site thus setting back that project another few months. | ||
