I received a strange e-mail (two of them, in fact) in my in-box. The "from" space says "HOT msg. The subject line says "Please update your personal info (Priority 1)." When I move my cursor over it to highlight it -- I don't even open it! -- I get a pop-up window that asks me to download something. Trouble is, I can't close the pop-up window -- even when I click on the 'X'! I can't delete the message (because just highlighting it causes the window to pop up). The only way to get out of it is to press control/alt/delete. What is this? How can I delete the message?
