I think some of the screen names on MOL are so interesting I always wonder how and why they were chosen. Some I can see were picked for obvious reasons, others I can't even guess. Mine, though certainly not one of the more interesting ones, was named after my favorite little cocker spaniel who died a few years ago. I know this is a totally personal thing and some may not wish to share, but if you do I think it would be fun. | ||

My first connection to the internet was several years ago with AOL -- there were only about 200,000 members at that point. I saw that virtually everyone else had cool screen names that reflected something about themselves, so I chose "notehead" to hint at my avocation: writing and playing music. My AOL days are long past, but I've held onto my screen name wherever else I've gone online. | ||
