Mr. Rosner,

I saw on the SO website a press release re. a collaboration with Seton Hall w/regard to the developement of the SOPAC. The press release was a bit vague. Can you please provide an update on what is happening.

nwyave: There are obviously some details to work out, but basically Seton Hall has agreed to become a partner with the village for the live theater portion of the building.
They will be creating a theater program and will use the theater for performances.
This partnership is a very exciting step although it will cause another delay in the process (3 - 6 months ).
In a few weeks we hope to have more details to post here and on the website.
I will be away next week.
