I am proud to be a southpaw. And I know that Huemer and Frederico are also proud to be in their right minds. That makes three local greats. Who else? |

After that Matzoh Charlotte debacle a few years ago, I'm not surprised that you're a righty.

Yes, I'm a lefty and proud of it. I put my mouse pad and use the mouse with my left hand. Also in the left handed community there is a distinction between those that curve their hand to write and those that do not. tabby |

Another lefty here and I don't curve my hand when writing, which makes for very poor penmanship. Oddly, I do somethings right handed. For years I used my right hand for the mouse on the computer and even now I don't change the buttons. As a kid playing baseball I always batted right handed, while throwing with my left hand. The only big league player I remember who did that was Cleon Jones of the '69 Mets, although I am sure there have been others. I also shoot right handed, because when I learned to do this there were no single shot left handed rifles available at Boy Scout camp. Overall I have to say it is a right handed world. |

lefty all the way...married a lefty for gene pooling purposes...kids are ridiculously right-handed though -- oh well, I still love them. Am also the rare combo of lefthanded Sagittarian (according to one friend who has searched for years for such folks). I have a book called The Natural Superiority of The Lefthander..I believe it to be true. |

Bobbestk, Here's an odd club: Bobbestk, Cleon and Sbenois all bat right handed. Of course my main man Hank is lefty. How could I have forgotten? Another great lefty right there. |

Such a lefty that I can't hold a pen with my right. Like junerose though, the nuns did not approve and to this day I can only use right-handed scissors. |

I'm a southpaw as well. I write and eat with my left hand (ok I use a fork but you get the picture)I also throw a baseball with my left hand and bat lefty. Here's the strange thing. I can throw a football lefty or righty and my jump shot is actually righty. My first two kids are righties but I think the third one (2 1/2) is going to be a lefty. Sweet Salvation!!! |
