Originally posted by Art. I felt it needed it's own thread! the weekend of 3/19 or 3/26? My suggestion is for Sunday, April 3, 2005 from 1PM until 4PM. The reasons are as follows: 1. I suspect that because of the wide interest in this law suit, and the support for Maplewoodonline and the Ross brothers, the turn-out could easily be in the hundreds. 2. I'm concerned that March could still present some weather problems. With this number of people we should expect the possibility the people may flow outside of the resturant. 3. Bunny's is the perfect location to have this event as it has the parking space out back. This means we have the ability to handle any over-flow crowd by using the "Coming Soon" SOPAC, parking lot... (Kind of like a tail gate party if need be.) Do I hear a second for this date? If so, lets all vote on it so we can print the fliers and tickets, put an ad in the News Record, and get this Dog and Pony Show on the road... Dave... Jamie, I suspect we may raise a few thousand dollars. Do you think we should open a special checking account? Please PL, or call me so we can discuss this event further. |

I vote for a Saturday too. People from out of town who used to live here might come too. On a Sunday, forget it. Come to think of it, my entire family would be more likely to come on a Saturday night. Sundays are a big no no. |

Well, if we start Saturday nite, the way things go we might all still be there Sunday afternoon . But if I had to chose, I'd go with Sunday. |

I'd rather it be a Saturday night, but can't go the 19th and the 26th is the day before Easter so that might be a problem. That's why I voted for the Sunday. I agree with whoever else mentioned maybe we should ask Pizaaz what the best night is. If everyone is still there after 11pm I can got the 19th. I'll give me support no matter when it is. BTW I'm female. LOL |

Not so quick big guy.... Saturday night, April 2nd - 6 Sunday afternoon, April 3rd - 7 And, we still haven't heard from Jamie, Dave, and Pizzaz. You three have to get on board. Listen folks, I know a lot more of you said you're coming but we need to reach a consensus on the date!!! 13 votes sucks... Where's everyone? As I said earlier, well-intentioned Molers can talk the talk, but now’s the time to walk the walk… Come on guys and girls, VOTE! No one is asking you to stick your finger in the ink well...
